On Avail OnSite 8.3 and Avail SaaS it is now possible to use clicks as basis for recommendations. Using clicks enables better quality upsell and discovery recommendations for products that have been purchased few times. Examples of when products can have few orders are products with short life spans, newly released products and on newly launched sites.
